CAN I GET SOME OF THAT?

Every night at dinner, it is the same old story...Stella wants my food. Never mind the fact that she's already eaten 3 times that day. Never mind that she's already had 3 desserts. Stella has a food addiction! As a female, you'd think she'd be concerned about her figure and always leave a little something on her plate. Not Stella. She actually tried the whole dieting thing once after a guy in PetSmart called her chubby. That lasted a day. And the next day she made up for lost time! Dinner time is show time for Stella. She pulls out all the stops to prove to us just how hungry she is. And she's so convincing! Just look at those pittiful faces. You'd share your food too! What you can't see, however, are the huffs and puffs and impatient sighs that she gives us to make her point that much clearer!

Stella is a TV Star!

Jeremy and I went to the Braves game on Sunday and we got to take Stella WITH US! It was “Bark In the Park” day at Turner Field, and fans were allowed to purchase tickets for their dogs.

We weren’t surprised when the camera crews came up to us to film our precious girl. That’s right – Stella had her first television cameo appearance. It was so fun seeing her on the big screen.

Stella learned to do the Tomahawk Chop and even cheered when Chipper Jones hit a double. But it was a miserably hot day and Stella spent most of her time sitting underneath our seats in the shade. Wag-A- Lot, Inc. (Why Wag-A-Little when you can Wag-A-Lot) was the sponsor of the dog event and they provided lots of treats to cool off the pets. Stella sampled some tasty ice cream, munched on crunchy ice, and even swam in a mini doggie pool.

Being the proud Louisianians that we are, Stella sported her LSU Tigers jersey to the game. We thought we’d hear a lot of trash talk from the Georgia crowd, but surprisingly, people cheered Geaux Tigers! You can’t help but love LSU when they have such adorable fans like Stella!

Hold That Tiger!

Its the beginning of another LSU football season, and Stella is ready! Jeremy's mom sent Stella her very own LSU football jersey, and she absolutely loves it! We are so excited to teach Stella about LSU and what it means to be a Tiger! We can't wait for her to go tailgating with us in Baton Rouge! It was fun watching Jeremy take these pictures of Stella. He used his "nice" football and Stella learned how to pick it up and run with it. He wrapped up that photo session very quickly after that!
